MOSCOW (Sputnik) – North Korea’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Kim Song, said Sunday that any newly formed group similar to the disbanded group of experts of the UN Security Council’s committee on sanctions against Pyongyang would be doomed to “self-destruction” over time.
